Question 2:What is the lead time for sample and production? How much does the sample cost?
Answer : It will take about 7-10 days for sample and 30-60 days for mass production. The exact time depend on your design and order qty. We could send you the samples but the samples are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the sample fee.
Question 3:How’s the order process?
Answer : Confirm hat specifications – > confirm price – > proof – > confirm sample – > sign a contract, deposit payment and arrange bulk production – > finish production – > inspection (photo or real product) – > balance payment – > delivery – > after-sales service.
